CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties with Barbecued Portobello

Ingredients

4 pcs. CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties
1 pc. white onions, chopped  
1 clove garlic, minced  
2 pcs. Portobello mushroom, sliced  
1 tsp. ginger, grated/ or ginger powder  
½ cup barbecue sauce  
3 tbsps. tomato sauce  
1 tbsp. olive oil  
1 tsp. fresh thyme  
½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded  
1 pc. salad tomato, sliced into rings  
1 pc. red onion, sliced into rings  
2 pcs. burger buns, toasted  
mozzarella cheese, grated  
cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Fry CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties until golden brown then set aside.  
2. Heat pan and oil then sauté onions then garlic. Add in Portobello mushrooms and continue to sauté for 5 minutes or until tender. Add in ginger then season with salt and pepper.  
3. Add in barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, olive oil and thyme.  Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat.
4. On one side of the burger buns top shredded lettuce then CDO Ulam Burger Crispy Patties, tomatoes, onion then barbecued Portobello mushrooms.  
5. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese then cover with the other side of the bun.
