Chicken Cordon Bleu with CDO Regular Ham


1 egg, beaten  
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves  
salt and pepper 
4 slices Swiss cheese*  
4 slices CDO Regular Ham (Sweet) 
½ cup flour  
½ cup breadcrumbs  
1 cup vegetable oil for frying 
½ cup sour cream
½ cup cheese, grated
parsley for garnishing


1. Pound the chicken breast and season it with salt and pepper  
2. Slice the cheese and put it on top of the chicken breast and the CDO Regular Ham. 
3. Roll up each breast in flour. Dip it in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper  
4. Deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
5. Drizzle with sour cream and top with cheese and parsley.     

*substitute for Swiss cheese: regular easy melting cheese.
