1 cup flour, sifted 
salt and pepper to taste     
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped  
½ tsp. garlic powder  
½ tsp. dried tarragon  
1 egg, beaten  
1 cup of cold beer  
20 pcs. 1- inch square slices of CDO Regular Ham (Sweet) 
20 pcs. medium prawns, peeled and deveined (tail on)  
5 slices of loaf bread, cut to quarters  
cooking oil for deep-frying  


1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, tarragon, egg and beer to make the batter.  
2. Place CDO Regular Ham slices in between prawn and bread then dip it in the batter before deep-frying.  
3. Fry until golden brown. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
