Stir Fried Pork and Tofu with CDO Liver Spread


4 pcs. fried tofu
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
1 ½ tbsp. red curry paste  
200g ground pork  
2 tbsps. CDO Liver Spread  
1 cup red and green bell pepper, sliced
1 tsp. sugar
zest of 1 lime  
2 tsp. soy sauce or fish sauce  
1 bunch wansuy  


1. Cut fried tofu into small dices.  
2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, add red curry paste, stir fry until fragrant, and then add ground pork.  
3. Stir fry until the pork is getting cooked then mix in the CDO Liver Spread, add diced tofu and vegetables.  
4. Season with sugar, zest of lime and thin soy sauce (fish sauce), stir well, taste for your own flavor, and remove from heat.  
5. Place the stir-fried spicy tofu and ground pork on a plate then top with chopped wansuy, and serve immediately.
